一、定位及页面设计：

在页面设计中，要考虑用户打开网页的时间，一些耀眼的flash、JS最好不要等待建议。这不仅是用户体验的问题，也是为了减少百度索引的抓取，让百度蜘蛛尽可能多地爬行和包含页面。

网站尽可能简洁：

1、手机网站比PC网站的页面下载速度要慢得多，所以尽量控制页面数量和页面大小。

2、另外，由于是手机用户，用户浏览网页的时间是零碎的，不可能耐心点击很多页面。因此，移动网站的设计应尽可能简化。

3、购买过程或购物指南页面尽可能简化，从消费者进入网站到购买尽可能简单的步骤，直接放弃冗余内容，向消费者展示他们想要的。如果一个购买过程需要注册78个项目，并在购买时填写78个项目，恐怕下次就不会有回头客了。

三、避免使用弹窗，flash、java等行为：

flash弹出窗口等行为会占据很大一部分流量，对于移动手机用户来说，无疑会浪费时间和流量，对于搜索引擎来说，基本上无法理解。

四、页面细节优化：

1、独家移动网站头部标签。在移动网站主页或频道主页的网页代码中keywords、description最好加上与PC端有区别meta标签和关键字，每个页面的关键字和描述就像传统的PC像端网站一样，做好有针对性的填写工作。对搜索结果的显示(摘要)和优化有很大帮助。

2、减少死链。如果没有内容，最好用状态码指定，如404、403等；如果内容死链想重新定位到主页，最好通过302跳转，不要使用javascript跳转。

五、使用标准化协议，做好浏览器兼容调试：

一般来说，有手机建站xhtml、html5、wml最好使用标准化、标准化的协议格式，避免不必要的麻烦。当然也可以做多个版本的站点，站点进行不同版式的自动适配。

六、url链接标准化：

1、对于多个板块的二级域名或目录，使用标准化、简单url，尽量去除与页面内容无关的参数，如区分手机型号、访问用户、方便统计等。

2、页面url链接跳转最好是正常格式的目标url，中间不要跳。

七、做好移动版和PC转换版网站：

1、确保在手机网站或PC端网站每个页面都有相应的导航或提示链接，让用户可以在手机版和PC切换版本也方便搜索引擎更好的收录。

2、百度官方声明，对于移动网站，当baiduspiderua或者其他来源无法确定的ua访问时，建议默认情况下直接返回html5或xhtml移动页面向移动页面的类型PC页面。
